"The site does have the info I was..."
The site does have the info I was looking for, but it took more effort than it should have. The menus aren’t very clear, and a few pages loaded slowly. It technically works, but the whole experience made me feel a little dismissed, like user convenience wasn’t really a priority. It just needs to be easier to navigate...

"This season just felt all over the..."
This season just felt all over the place. Like I said, the coaches were trying and I don’t blame them, but the organization side was kind of a mess. Schedules would change last minute, emails came in late, and it never really seemed clear who was in charge of what. It made it really hard to plan our weekends. Like I said, the effort was there, but the league itself needs to be way more organized

"Really makes me feel at ease"
They do a great job keeping the kids safe. As a parent, that peace of mind means a lot, and I really appreciate how seriously they take it.

"Too pricey and nobody really seems to own it"
I was looking into signing my kid up, but the total cost ended up being way more than I expected. Once you add the uniform, extra fees, and all the other little things, it just doesn’t feel affordable for what’s basically a youth soccer program. I also found it kind of frustrating that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for what — like who sets the prices, who handles the fees, or who you’re supposed to ask when you have questions. I get that programs cost money to run, but between the high price and the confusing setup, it was just too much for our family.

The practices were disappointing. From the way the coaches talked and carried themselves, it felt like they were just going through the motions rather than actually trying to teach or help anyone improve. I didn’t really see much real coaching happening.

"Signup Was Way More Annoying Than I Expected"
I assumed this would be a quick sign-up and I’d be done in a few minutes, but nope. It took forever, kept glitching on me, and I couldn’t get through the process easily. Frustrating overall.

"Felt Like I Was Just Being Passed Around"
This whole thing was such a frustrating experience. My refund took forever, and every time I reached out to support, it felt like they just sent me to someone else instead of actually helping. I kept thinking maybe I’d finally get an answer, but nope, I was the one stuck chasing it the whole time. Definitely not signing up again

"Took a little while to hear back"
I was feeling a bit anxious at the time because I needed an answer, and they did eventually reply, but it took a few days. Not the fastest response, but at least they got back to me

"Team placement just didn’t feel fair"
My kid ended up with another odd team placement, while a lot of the other kids seemed to stay with their friends. I tried asking around, but you don’t really get a clear answer from anyone, and that makes it even more frustrating. It just feels kind of unfair when you’re left wondering how these decisions are being made

"Pretty good for the price, with a few bumps"
Ayso has been a decent option for us overall. For roughly what you pay, the kids get out there, play, and have a good time, which is really the main thing. Some seasons seem a little more organized than others, and it feels like that depends quite a bit on the volunteers. I’d say the value is fair, but communication could be better here and there.

"Really disappointing coaching experience"
I was disappointed with the coaching. The coach didn’t seem very engaged with the kids and barely offered much help or direction. Everything felt unorganized, which made the whole experience frustrating. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it based on what I saw.

"Confusing Volunteer Experience"
I tried volunteering here it was frustrating. It felt like no one really knew who was in charge, messages came in late, and the schedule kept changing on us. I’m sure other customers and volunteers would appreciate clearer communication and better organization, because it really felt like our time wasn’t being respected

"Welcoming overall, but a little inconsistent"
I like that AYSO talks a lot about making sure every kid gets to play, and my kid did feel welcome. I’m trying to remember if it was last season or the one before, but it seemed like some teams were better about that than others. Maybe it just depends on the coach. Overall it was fine, but I do wish the inclusivity felt a bit more consistent across the board.

"Good idea, but parents had to do too much"
I signed my kid up hoping for a fun, organized youth soccer experience, and there were definitely some good parts. My child enjoyed getting out there and playing, and a few of the volunteers seemed really invested. But it felt like a lot of the responsibility ended up getting pushed onto parents. Communication was also hit or miss, which made things more stressful than they needed to be. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not quite what I expected from a youth soccer program

"Not the positive vibe they advertise"
I was disappointed with the experience. There was way too much yelling at the kids, and the refs didn’t really do much to step in or calm things down. It definitely wasn’t the supportive, fun environment they make it sound like. if the response is just another canned apology about “valuing feedback,” that’s not really enough. They need to actually address what’s happening.

"Chaotic game day experience"
Our game day was messy. Things started late, and it felt like nobody really knew what was going on—or, I guess, maybe some people did, but it definitely didn’t come across that way. It just made the whole experience feel way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Fun for the kids, refs were hit or miss"
Some of the refs were really great, but some of them missed obvious calls. Like, really obvious. That said, the kids still had a fun time, and that’s what mattered most.

"ayso has most of the basic…"
Ayso has most of the basic info you need, but I did find some of the wording a little confusing. I had to click around more than I expected just to find simple things like registration details and schedules. Some pages explain things well, while others feel a bit outdated or not as clear. Anyway... the site does work, I just wish the communication was more straightforward and easier to follow.

"Really Reliable Scheduling"
I’ve been really happy with how well the schedules stay on track. It’s such a relief knowing things usually run smoothly and on time.

"My kid had fun here and there..."
My kid had fun here and there, so I feel kind of embarrassed saying this, but the coaching just didn’t feel very strong. It seemed like they did the same drills every week, and there wasn’t much real feedback given. I was hoping to see more player development, but it didn’t really feel like that was happening.
